You’ve convinced your board you need social media, created a policy, streamlined your social media plan and possibly even taken it to the next level.  Your’e blogging regularly and feel pretty confident in the strategy you have set up.  Despite all this, your community isn’t engaging much. We, ourselves, are always working to improve our social media plan.
